NC Building Permits is built and maintained by YAAPI Software Company.

For operator contact, account recovery, privacy requests, and service issues, visit the YAAPI Software Company website.

To join the pilot, request access. To suggest a North Carolina city or county, submit a coverage request. Both forms save requests for manual review.

We are an independent data service and do not issue permits. For permit applications, inspections, official status, or corrections, contact the relevant issuing authority.
